How Goldsmiths’ Hall appears
Goldsmiths' Hall provides more than one royal interior in the Bridgerton world. Netflix's season-two guide identifies a Buckingham House throne-room setting and the wedding dressing rooms; its Queen Charlotte guide identifies the King's chambers and palace hall within the composite St James's Palace. The real building is a livery hall in the City of London, at Foster Lane and Gresham Street.
The Company records the present hall as Philip Hardwick's building, completed in 1835, on a site it has occupied since 1339. This later architecture illustrates an important aspect of screen geography: a room can supply the look and ceremonial weight of the story without being the historical place named in it.
The building's own Company history is therefore as useful as recognising a fictional palace interior.

What you can visit
Goldsmiths' Hall is not regularly open as a walk-up attraction. The owner publishes guided tours on selected dates, with its librarians, archivists and curators introducing principal rooms and collection objects. Book through that official programme and check the precise tour's admission, duration and access arrangements.
Do not assume that the availability of venue hire means casual public entry is possible. If there is no suitable tour, the exterior can be seen from public streets without turning a working building into an unplanned interior stop. The fact that the Company advertises future tour dates also means an old third-party statement that it is always closed is incomplete; the correct distinction is limited scheduled access.
Confirm a public tour first, then organise the rest of your City route around it. Ask the organiser about room access and photography rules if your main interest is comparing the palace scenes. A guided route can change, and a principal-room tour is not a guarantee that every room filmed for the programmes will be included. The collection interpretation is part of the experience, not an obstacle to a screen photograph.

Make it part of a workable day.
Pair a booked Goldsmiths' Hall tour with other City architecture rather than rushing across London between uncertain interiors. Wilton's can make an evening companion if there is a performance you want to see, but arrange that ticket independently. Keep St James's Church Piccadilly on a separate central-London segment if adding it would make the tour appointment difficult to reach comfortably.
